Bread & Biscuits
All our bread and biscuits are baked by Anni Stock. Old recipes of the Tux farmers' wives are used, mixed with the modern bread culture. Of course you can also get gluten-free or low carb biscuits from us. You are also welcome to participate in a bread baking course with Anni Stock and take her secret recipes home with you.

Our grain flour comes from Bioquelle in Oberösterreich. Most of the grain is then ground in the Adler Inn in-house grain mill, as this is the only way to be able to guaranty gentle and natural processing. From bread to pasta - everything is produced with this flour in the resort in-house!

Spreads and jams are available from Anni Stock's natural kitchen – homemade with regional and seasonal fruit, over six different types.

We get our kitchen herbs mostly from our own herb garden. The wild herbs are collected by our expert herbalist Anni Stock mostly at higher locations (no fertilization is used here) and then processed. But you can also see for yourself here and take part in the informative herb hike with Anni Stock.

All other food is sourced as closely as possible from the local area, from organic farming or from farms with fair processing methods.

We buy our milk products from the Sennerei Zillertal in Mayrhofen. Together with the Zillertal mountain farmers, the family business focuses on transparent and regional cycles. The hay-milk farmers manage their farms & alpine pastures in harmony with nature.

No matter if trout filet, salmon trout or char - we get our fish from the fishery farm Schiefer from the Passeier valley. The fishery farm attaches great importance to the fact that the salmon is also purchased from Norwegian organic breeders. We get our alpine shrimps from Hall in Tyrol.

We buy our schnaps from the traditional distillery Erber in Brixental and from Christoph Kössler in Landeck. The noble brandies are mostly from the Stiegenhaushof in Zillertal, which also produces gin and rum, these are of course also available at our Franzibar.

For the sake of the environment - homemade massage oils

Our massage oils are also concocted by hostess Anni Stock herself with local super herbs. More than six different varieties are produced here, depending on the requirements.

Sustainable eagle flight We make your environmentally friendly journey to us possible Feel free to arrive at the Tyrol Mountain Resort by e-car. We have installed four modern charging stations for electric cars (type 2 socket, dynamic charging up to 9 kW, without cable, exclusive electricity) for an environmentally friendly arrival.

Even your arrival by train is possible without any hassle. You can reach Mayrhofen with the Zillertal Railway and from there we would be happy to pick you up using our hotel's own comfortable shuttle.

By the way, the hotel's very own shuttle as well as all other vehicles here at the Adler Inn are fuelled with climate-neutral Shell GTL Fuel - a synthetic fuel that generates fewer local emissions than conventional diesel produced from mineral oil.

You can even leave your car at home during your holiday, since our in-house shuttle service and the free sports bus will take you to your desired destinations in a much more efficient way. Or why not borrow one of our new high-quality Scott Aspect eRide 930 bikes featuring proven electric assist technology (for a small surcharge) in summer!

Better energy - Energy efficiency at the Adler Inn

The installation of a desuperheater, which was carried out in 2021 at the same time as the new cooling system, ensures that a large part of the waste heat generated by the cooling process can be used to heat our water (heat recovery). This is then used for numerous processes in the resort.

We can also save up to 19% of heating energy with our full thermal insulation. This means that during colder periods, heat is prevented from escaping to the outside, whereas during warmer periods, it acts as a cooling element, preventing the heat from outside from entering the rooms. This is another way to reduce the energy requirements in the resort.

We have also installed an intelligent building control system whereby optimal room control has been conceived, which reduces energy consumption by up to 30% and therefore has a much lower impact on the environment.

We have also upgraded to modern LED lighting. Did you know that this allows us to save up to 27% of energy consumption?

The Austrian company demonstrates that environmental protection while maintaining maximum hygiene standards can be perfectly combined and implemented in the catering sector.

Your laundry is also replaced and cleaned on request at the Tyrol Mountain Resort, meaning that no unnecessary mountains of laundry build up. We do, of course, use an ecological detergent.

Reduce waste! – Avoiding waste at the Adler Inn

Only returnable bottles and bag-in-box are used as far as possible. This prevents unnecessary waste and reduces transport routes and delivery costs by a factor of 10.

We also take care to produce as little packaging waste as possible. Any waste that cannot be avoided is carefully separated. Our organic waste is collected professionally by an organic waste disposal company and converted into environmentally friendly energy through biogas systems. Moreover, old discarded furniture, kitchenware or various other items from the Adler Inn are not just taken to the landfill site, but donated to people in need.

Our menu, bills etc. are only printed on recyclable paper. The Daily News, weekly programmes, etc. have also been converted to digital, and there has been an all-round investment in digitalisation throughout the resort to avoid paper.

Good to be green Our water and water saving measures at the Adler Inn The Adler Inn no longer uses a boiler, but rather an ultra-modern fresh water module with a plate heat exchanger. This ensures that water is only heated efficiently and in an ecological manner when it is really needed. This means that significantly less hot water is produced.

We have also installed water-saving shower heads and aerators in the bathrooms, which additionally reduce water consumption.

Daily fresh spring water from the village's own spring at the Oang gushes out of the Aigen spring, which is further refined by Grander technology. A perfect quality of drinking water that is incomparably refreshing awaits you.
