The hostess and trained herbalist Anni Stock knows all about the effects of this natural pharmacy and shows you once a week during a common hike which secrets nature has to offer.

After the herbal hike, the collected treasures are processed together under the guidance of Anni to herbal salt, oil or tea's.

Forest bathing The power of terpenes Don't worry, you won't get wet while bathing in the forest. It's about letting the soothing silence of the forest take effect on you, breathing in the resinous scent of the trees and filling your lungs with oxygen.

This is partly due to the fact that everyone understands something different under this new trend sport. To define this term you first have to translate trail, which means "track or path". Ice Climbing & Co At the Hintertux Glacier In Zillertal, ice climbing is also possible in summer. The Hintertux Glacier has a natural ice climbing course not far from the Tuxer Fernerhaus at the bottom of the glacier. There you’ll find inviting glacier slopes, crevasses and ice flanks, which are ideal for learning ice climbing techniques and safely conquering the everlasting ice.
