Carefree skiing The most important thing is your safety in the skiing area In order to provide you with carefree skiing pleasure, we look after each other and ask for personal responsibility. In all ski areas a precise safety scheme is consistently adhered to and you play the most important role in this.

The Alpin 5 rescue helicopter is stationed directly in Tux throughout the winter. Other rescue helicopters are located in Mayrhofen and the surrounding valleys - the proximity to the Zillertal 3000 ski area and the Hintertux glacier guarantees rapid assistance.
The Tux mountain rescue service and the piste rescue service are regularly trained for alpine missions of all kinds.
There are two excellent doctors in Tux and a sports clinic directly in Mayrhofen. The university clinic in Innsbruck guarantees comprehensive care and professional attention.

At Hintertux Glacier, everyone finds the right slope and a wide variety of options. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, a skier or a snowboarder, the fantastic wide and sunny slopes inspire everyone. And the 1000% snow guarantee is a hit in any case. Fans of deep snow love the breathtaking freeride slopes in the Lärmstange area. The freestyle facilities at Betterpark Hintertux are a highlight for all snowboarders and freestyle skiers at an impressive altitude of 3200 metres. If you can’t wait for the snow park fun to begin, you’ll love this snow park which is the first to open in Europe each year.

In winter, the Hintertux Glacier and the 4 Zillertal ski areas combine to form the largest ski area, called "Ski & Glacier World Zillertal 3000". With only one ski pass you can enjoy a total of 542 km of slopes. A dream for all skiers and snowboarders.

Our ski guide Paul is looking forward to showing you the Hintertux Glacier and sharing an unforgettable skiing experience with you in this fantastic ski resort. The ski resort Ski- & Glacier World Zillertal 3000 is a 4 minute drive from the hotel in our private Adler Inn shuttle. We are also happy to issue your ski pass at reception to avoid long waiting times. You’ll also have direct access to a ski room with a heated locker for each room.

The Olperer The most striking mountain in the Zillertal Alps Already knew: At the summit of the Olperer the greeting "Berg Heil" was used for the first time in 1881 - this greeting is now generally considered the greeting of mountaineers.

The pyramid-like shape makes the Olperer a fascinating sight and is the memorable landmark for Hintertux.

Of course, in Hintertux there is also the option to practice your skiing on smaller slopes outside of the big skiing resorts, such as at Flohpark Hintertux, a practice slope for both children and beginners, which is located at the valley station Hintertux.
